Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Project Coordination, NA to lead a team delivering North America construction projects from Shackelford County, TX. You will develop coordination processes, drive consistency, and partner with Construction Managers, Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution.

You will oversee scheduling, meetings, documentation, reporting and compliance, while guiding staffing and career development for your coordinators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators across regions and projects.
• Oversee scheduling, meeting organization, documentation, action items and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee project reporting, dashboards, risk registers, schedule tracking and metrics.
• Provide oversight of contract administration and purchase order processes across the team.
• Establish and maintain document control standards and compliance processes.
• Act as liaison between project teams, construction leadership, finance, procurement and other stakeholders.
