Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Project Engineer of Construction to be on site at Shackelford County, TX. You will manage multiple project scopes, drive core coordination across teams, and own submittal/RFI workflows, change orders, and commissioning readiness.

You will collaborate with design-build partners and internal resources to ensure schedule adherence and budget control, while maintaining safety and quality standards as part of a high-impact construction team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a project engineer in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
• 5 years preferred
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
• Complex and technical construction experience is required
• Data Center experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation for assigned scopes, design and implementation
• Assist the construction team with project schedule and budget reporting, monthly forecasting, EAC reporting, and contractor billing support
• Lead procurement tracking, material timeline management, OFCI/CFCI coordination, and preconstruction/buyout activities
• Lead startup and commissioning activities, including team coordination and readiness for customer milestones
• Manage design teams/contractors and support QA/QC of work products
