Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) to support design, preconstruction and construction activities across campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Vendors, and real estate staff to ensure timely delivery and alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day to day activities and responsibilities.
• Assist with updates on development program & project status for executive reviews.
• Work with stakeholders to develop master development program and capital budget.
• Assist with entitlement and permitting needs for sites.
• Review project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion.
