Job summary

Jane Street is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager/Engineer to lead multiple data center projects from concept to completion, coordinating end-user fit-outs with landlord fit-outs and interweaving construction timelines.

You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, contractor oversight, and collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and landlords, leveraging PlanGrid, Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management or related roles in data center construction.
• Strong experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including liquid‑cooled data centers.
• Extensive procurement, contractor management, planning, and design oversight experience.
• Proven ability to deliver results with solid technical background.
• Self-starter who can work independently and follow up to close loops.
• Data-driven decisions with strong communication skills.
• Experience with PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, or MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple data center projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate end-user and landlord fit-outs, interweaving construction timelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and landlords across projects.
• Ensure projects move from concept to completion with timely communication.
