Colliers Project Leaders is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team, overseeing large-scale datacenter construction projects across multiple sites in the US. You will coordinate with design managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure successful delivery and alignment with budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a background in architecture, construction management, or engineering with 6+ years in project management and 3+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of data center construction experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and cost controls knowledge.
• Experience with MEP systems in data centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale data center construction projects from site development to fit-outs.
• Coordinate design and implementation of base building and tenant MEP systems.
• Maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors and consultants.
• Review budgets and schedules for content, quality and adherence to targets.
