Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects. The role focuses on stakeholder coordination with architects, engineers and supply chains, maintaining schedule integrity and governance, and delivering reports on project status and milestones.

You will support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance, while ensuring adherence to commissioning criteria and SOX where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Provide formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Manage and monitor local design teams per commission criteria.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed.
