Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills and ability to work with a broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interfaces between suppliers through trackers and reviews.
• Coordinate project information through meetings and communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Oversee local design teams in line with criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Provide constructability guidance and cost control expertise.
• Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs.
• Develop strong client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Offer strategic thinking to help meet client and business objectives.
• Capture key learnings and drive process improvement.
