Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Indianapolis team to lead large-scale construction projects from planning through delivery. The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, maintaining schedules, and ensuring project governance is applied across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of PM experience in construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Procore and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction PM tools essential.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and manage schedule to prevent delays.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are consistently applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are followed and costs are controlled.
• Liaise with design teams, contractors and clients to update milestones and information flow.
