Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. You will oversee multiple construction activities, manage project staff, coordinate with owners and stakeholders, and drive schedules, budgets, quality and safety to ensure client satisfaction and profitable delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, change orders, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and final project closeout, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all project activity including schedules, spending and related items to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned construction projects.
• Prepares, completes or reviews all project reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitates weekly project status meetings with owner, owner’s rep, vendors, subcontractors and others connected with the project.
• Conducts internal staff meetings to disseminate project information and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Performs final review of construction, bid procedures, and subcontractor qualifications; procures materials per policies.
• Reviews subcontractor and vendor invoices and negotiates changes as needed; ensures timely payments.
• Interacts with clients to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and project communications.
• Prepares change orders and final invoices; closes out projects with warranty and closeout documentation.
• Maintains relationships with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients for project success.
