Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in construction PM for data center-type environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP in mission-critical facilities.
• Must be in Dallas, TX office/sites at least 3 days/week.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated and flexible.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and procurement methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple data center projects through all life-cycle stages.
• Lead safety, standards, and lifecycle culture across teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes.
• Manage project risks via risk registers and action plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders from concept to approval.
• Oversee contract administration and liaise with authorities.
