Equinix seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager in Dallas to lead multiple data center initiatives within the Global Design and Construction team. You will oversee day-to-day activities of project managers, mentor juniors, manage cost, scope, schedule, and risk, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver ground-up and fit-out projects.

Qualificações

• Typically 10+ years of construction project management experience in critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of MEP technology for mission-critical facilities.
• Office and/or on-site presence required in Dallas, TX at least 3 days a week.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated with flexible work style.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Experience with construction procurement methodologies and cost forecasting.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent education in engineering/construction-related field; advanced tools experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple data center projects through full life cycle.
• Lead by example on safety, standards, and culture.
• Monitor progress, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors from concept to business approval.
• Oversee contracts, changes, and cost forecasts; manage risk registers.
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Operations, Commercial and IT/Network teams.
