Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years experience in construction project management in critical environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP technology for mission critical facilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple data center projects from concept through hand-over.
• Lead safety, standards and culture across project teams.
• Oversee project progress, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal Design, Procurement, Operations, IT/Network and external vendors.
• Maintain contract administration, cost forecasts and risk registers.
• Mentor junior team members and drive lessons learned.
