Job summary

MXI Partners is seeking a senior Project Manager with a General Contractor background to lead complex data center construction in the Dallas market. The role focuses on CSA scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communication, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will mentor Project Managers and field teams, support preconstruction, and help evolve project delivery processes while coordinating with owners, designers, and trade partners on mission-critical builds.

Qualifications

• General Contractor experience in the Dallas market.
• Data Center / Mission-Critical experience required.
• Proven track record delivering $40M+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large data center projects.
• Manage project financial performance, budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and forecasting.
• Serve as primary client point of contact while managing trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors to hit critical milestones.
• Support preconstruction activities, including constructability reviews, bid packages, and procurement strategies.
• Mentor and develop Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
