Vertiv seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site execution of large-scale data centre builds across the United States. You will manage construction from site prep through commissioning, coordinate licensing, and lead GC, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

This role requires 7+ years in construction management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong MEP knowledge, OSHA compliance, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems and civil/structural construction.
• Experience managing projects with values exceeding $20M.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, CX Alloy, Primavera, MS Project).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site construction from site prep to commissioning for large-scale data centre projects.
• Coordinate licensing and ensure General Contractor licensing across jurisdictions.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for schedule, scope, and quality.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; provide regular updates and corrective actions.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all sites.
• Coordinate manpower and resources to meet milestones and ensure access and onboarding requirements are met.
