Vertiv seeks a highly experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee large‑scale data center projects across the United States. You will manage on‑site construction, ensure adherence to specifications, safety standards, budgets, and timelines, and coordinate with vendors and clients to deliver mission‑critical infrastructure.

You will lead project teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and work closely with commissioning to ensure systems are tested and ready for handover.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction management experience, including mission‑critical/data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and civil/structural construction.
• Experience managing projects valued over $5M.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, CX Alloy, Primavera, MS Project).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and stay on-site for extended durations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of construction from site prep to commissioning for large data center projects.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and third‑party vendors to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; report to stakeholders and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; address design conflicts.
• Serve as the client liaison on construction matters and maintain professional relationships.
