Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years in mission‑critical or data‑center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and civil/structural construction.
• Proven ability to manage medium‑scale projects valued over $5 M.
• Excellent knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with project‑management software (Procore, CX Alloy, Primavera, MS Project).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and remain on‑site for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases from site preparation through commissioning, focusing on high density liquid cooling equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and third‑party vendors to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Schedule Management: Monitor construction schedules, provide regular updates, and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards, client requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks, safety issues, and design conflicts.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for clients on construction matters, fostering professional relationships.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation (RFIs, change orders, punch lists, daily reports, closeout materials).
• Commissioning Support: Collaborate with commissioning agents and Vertiv engineering teams to verify systems before handover.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with or for Vertiv or similar data‑center infrastructure providers.
