Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale data centre builds across the United States. You will manage on-site construction, equipment deployment, commissioning, and site services while ensuring adherence to project specs, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities include licensing, vendor management, safety enforcement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination with GC leadership and customers. Travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and civil/structural construction.
• Experience managing projects over $20M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end construction for large-scale data centre projects from site prep to commissioning.
• Obtain and maintain General Contractor licenses in applicable jurisdictions.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all trades.
• Coordinate with GC leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to align scope and timelines.
