Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of large-scale data centre projects across the United States. You will oversee site construction, equipment deployment, commissioning, and field leadership while ensuring compliance with licensed trades, safety standards, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and deep knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure. Travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of construction management experience.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and civil/structural construction.
Experience managing large-scale projects >$20M.
Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, MS Project or CX Alloy.
Willingness to travel across the U.S. and stay on-site for extended periods.
Active General Contractors license in listed jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction from site prep through commissioning for data centre projects.
Obtain and maintain General Contractor's license.
Manage GCs, subcontractors, and vendors for licensing, scope, schedule and quality.
Monitor schedules and budgets; report to stakeholders and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks, safety issues, and design conflicts.
