Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee project management and leadership across the Southeast and other markets. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and inspections to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of data center facilities.

The incumbent will drive site safety, enforce specifications, and provide hands-on management across multiple projects, including ongoing risk assessment and quality control. Texas-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• 3+ years Construction experience, required.
• 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership for individual buildings and full projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure specifications are followed and quality control.
• Manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate vendors.
• Schedule subcontractors and inspections with jurisdictions.
• Walk units daily to monitor activities and plan.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain daily field log.
• Ensure safety compliance and non-compliance notices.
• Support Southeast market leadership.
