Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site coordination across all phases of construction. You will assist with scheduling subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control to keep projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of construction experience, and familiarity with data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Experience with Yardi, Procore and Prolog preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling subcontractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in performing quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Help ensure subcontractors fully execute and comply with contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate for resolution.
• Maintain daily written log of jobsite activities.
• Ensure subcontractors correct all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Assist in issuing notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality or scheduling.
• Keep job site clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in compiling progress and punch list completion.
