Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to oversee the early planning and development of complex data center projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met, leading the process from concept through construction readiness.

You will prepare estimates, price value engineering options, and manage the bid process with subcontractors, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore and scheduling tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from concept to start of construction.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and RFPs.
• Develop scopes of work for each trade.
• Lead client meetings and presentations during preconstruction.
