Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in datacenter operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and manage high-performing geographically distributed technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop the operations team across compute and engineering operations.
• Achieve safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency, and cost targets.
• Plan and execute infrastructure operations for new data centers and colocation expansions.
• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in data centers.
