Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in datacenter operations or related critical environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering or related technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex analytical and quantitative projects.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and manage high-performing geographically distributed technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop the operations team across compute and engineering operations managers.
• Achieve performance goals for safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency, and cost.
• Plan and execute Infrastructure Operations for new Data Centers and Colocation expansions.
• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in Data Centers, including maintenance and change management.
• Manage Colocation Data Centers service providers to meet SLAs.
• Lead safety, security, and availability incident response and resolution.
• Improve operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools continuously.
