Anthropic seeks a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager to embed with project teams delivering leased data center capacity. You will lead partners to meet aggressive schedules while maintaining safe sites and high quality.

This role blends real estate, construction, and AI infrastructure, requiring stakeholder coordination and clear executive reporting to shape compute assets for frontier AI systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior site leadership for data center delivery or similar infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end data center development, including entitlements, permitting, planning and supply chain.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make decisions without heavy admin overhead.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams 60%+ and shape culture, approach, and aggressiveness on extended sites.
• Develop and enhance partners' skills; act as SME in data center delivery and cross-functional elements.
• Confirm deal readiness and validate transaction viability from LOI through lease execution.
• Coordinate with landlords and developers post-deal; be Anthropic's primary contact with internal stakeholders.
• Represent Anthropic in technical and operational decisions required by partners.
• Drive seamless handoffs to operational state; enable rapid workload turn-ups.
• Prepare and present executive reports on progress versus plan and capacity planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery.
