Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager to lead on-site delivery, coordinate with landlords and developers, and manage cross-functional teams across multiple projects. The role focuses on fast, safe, high-quality data center delivery from inception through operational readiness.

You will validate deal readiness, drive stakeholder alignment, and prepare executive reports while shaping delivery culture and best practices across Anthropic's data center footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading data center delivery, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment at scale.
• Strong end-to-end data center development understanding (entitlements, permitting, planning, supply chain, execution, commissioning, handover).
• Ability to make decisions and guide delivery without extensive external consultation.
• Understanding data center design and construction as repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project teams (60%+ at sites) and shape culture, approach, and speed of delivery.
• Develop and enhance cross-functional skills among partners, GC, and trades for project success.
• Validate deal readiness from LOI through lease execution, ensuring predevelopment, planning, and technical requirements are met.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders; track construction progress and exchange critical information.
• Represent Anthropic in technical and operational decisions with partners while maintaining strong partnerships.
• Enable rapid workload turn-ups by coordinating networks and deployment teams toward smooth handoffs to operations.
• Prepare and present executive progress reports for capacity planning and decision making.
• Identify and mitigate risks that impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements.
• Develop standardized delivery processes and playbooks to scale infrastructure footprint.
