Anthropic Limited is seeking a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager to lead leased and partnered data center builds. You will shepherd projects from inception through operational readiness, coordinating with landlords, developers, and internal teams to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining safety and quality.

This role blends real estate, construction, and AI infrastructure, requiring at least 10 years of site-leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership at site level for data center delivery or infrastructure deployment.
• Strong understanding of entitlements, permitting, planning, and supply chain in data center projects.
• Ability to make decisions and guide delivery without extensive consultation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across real estate, construction, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sites 60%+ and shape culture and approach.
• Develop and enhance cross-functional partner performance in delivery.
• Validate deal readiness from LOI to lease execution.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and Anthropic stakeholders.
• Prepare executive progress reporting and risk mitigation.
• Drive handoffs to operations with rapid workload turn-ups.
