Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years estimating experience in low-voltage, structured cabling or data center infra.
• Experience with data center projects and stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for low-voltage and data center projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work and bid documents.
• Develop detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare competitive proposals while maintaining profitability requirements.
• Meet bid deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Identify risks, exclusions, and scope gaps for management review.
