Job summary

Megawatt Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, low-voltage and data center infrastructure projects nationwide. You will manage field execution, coordinate with electricians, mechanical teams, and clients, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in low-voltage project delivery, strong leadership, and experience with major data center clients. Travel across the United States is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 10+ years PM experience in low-voltage, data center infrastructure.
• 5+ years managing large-scale low-voltage or structured cabling projects.
• Experience with major General Contractors, data center owners, hyperscalers, or enterprise clients.
• Regular presence at active data center sites; travel across the United States may be required.
• PMP, RCDD, BICSI DCDC or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of low-voltage and structured cabling projects from award through completion.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies for the low-voltage scope.
• Coordinate all aspects of installation activities with field teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgeted vs actual labor hours and forecast costs.
• Maintain field presence to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead project teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
