Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in low-voltage, data center, or telecom infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned low-voltage and structured cabling projects from award through successful completion.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies specific to the low-voltage scope.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, schedules, and client requirements.
• Establish project milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and communication procedures.
• Coordinate all aspects of structured cabling and low-voltage installation activities.
• Oversee project controls: tracking labor hours, cost-to-complete, and forecasted costs.
