The role demands hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to keep projects moving in fast-paced environments, managing schedules, budgets, documentation and quality to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage or data center projects.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, vendors and clients.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and change-management capabilities.
• Proficient in field coordination and problem-solving on active sites.
• Ability to read drawings and technical docs and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff to closeout with focus on safety, quality and schedule.
• Manage budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs daily.
• Coordinate with field teams, clients and vendors to align priorities.
• Track milestones, risks, and recovery plans; report progress.
• Ensure proper documentation and turnover, testing and commissioning.
• Resolve field issues and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
