CI&T is expanding its data capabilities to support a US EdTech client with digital learning solutions. We seek a Data Architect Senior who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to guide a team and communicate clearly with client stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role will define target data architecture, build lakehouse designs, enforce governance and privacy, and drive data products from ingestion to serving.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or above) required for daily engagement with North American stakeholders.
• Proven experience in data architecture design and hands-on technical leadership of multidisciplinary data teams.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience in dimensional (Kimball) and relational approaches.

Responsabilités

• Lead the data team technically, providing hands-on guidance on data products and pipelines.
• Define and evolve target data architecture, including ingestion, lakehouse design, data modeling, governance, and serving layers.
• Drive solution design by translating business requirements into practical data solutions and communicating trade-offs.
• Collaborate with client architects and business leaders to present options and record decisions for a shared foundation.
• Establish standards for data quality, access control, lineage, and privacy for regulated data.
• Maintain CI/CD and DataOps practices to ensure reliable delivery.
• Lead current-state data assessments and knowledge transfer during transitions.
• Develop proofs of concept to validate architectural approaches and demonstrate value.
• Stay connected to CI&T's data practice and leverage shared methodologies.
