CapTech is a leading management and technology consulting firm helping clients maximize the value of data and analytics across industries. We seek a senior data leader who can drive strategic data initiatives, guide solution delivery, and mentor teams.

You will partner with client executives and CapTech portfolio teams to shape data architectures, governance, and delivery roadmaps while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years of experience implementing on-premises and cloud data platforms.
• Proven track record assessing traditional and modern data architectures.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies and approaches.
• Delivery experience on AWS, Azure, and GCP clouds.
• Deep background with data integrations and real-time data distribution.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and data warehousing.
• 5+ years of scoping technical engagements within consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor large technical teams and client engagements.
• Provide strategic data leadership and mentorship to CapTech staff.
• Own client interactions with technology and business leaders.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to estimate work plans and team composition.
