Qualifications

• 14+ years of leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years deploying on-premises and cloud data platforms.
• Proven capability to assess traditional and modern data architectures.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies and cloud platforms.
• Delivery experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in data integration, transformations, and real-time data distribution.
• Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, NoSQL, and warehousing platforms.
• 5+ years scoping technical engagements in consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to turn vague concepts into actionable insights.
• Deliver strategic data plans improving data integration, quality, and delivery.
• Advise on data management technologies and target future state.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and ensure client requirements are met.
• Coach and develop team members and influence skills.
• Partner with portfolio team to estimate work plans and staffing.
• Lead client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
