Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Deep understanding of risk management practices and escalation.
• Experience guiding stakeholders through moderate change.
• Ability to influence across teams with data-driven reasoning.
• Proven communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience documenting lessons learned and sharing knowledge for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Design, implement, and monitor controls using data analytics and automation.
• Review program data (KRIs/KPIs) and produce reports to inform decisions.
• Lead risk & control self-assessments through process walkthroughs and mapping.
• Drive control program projects to ensure regulatory compliance and improvements via new technology.
• Apply digital risk management, agile approaches, and automation to advance the organization.
