The Senior Data Analyst will lead a team, oversee end-to-end analytics delivery, and guide development of dashboards and reports. Strong expertise in BI tools and statistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, BI, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or sales/marketing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of data analysts.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics delivery: sales analytics, customer insights, marketing channel analysis, and campaign performance.
• Develop predictive models, forecasting, segmentation, and advanced analytics to drive growth and revenue.
