Job summary

CI&T is seeking an Analytics Developer Senior to transform existing data views into a reliable dimensional model and to build the semantic layer feeding dashboards. You will evolve current dashboards, interact with client management and product leadership, and contribute hands-on development with Agile delivery.

The role combines model design, Snowflake and Power BI expertise, and direct collaboration with stakeholders to shape the data foundation for enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2 to C1) for global interaction.
• Proven experience designing dimensional and enterprise data models (star schema, data marts).
• Hands-on Snowflake development with architecture, performance tuning, and RBAC.
• Proven experience building and optimizing Power BI semantic models and enterprise-grade reports.
• Hands-on experience with data integration pipelines, preferably Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced SQL and Python for pipelines and automation.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and co-creation.
• Solid experience in agile teams and their ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Data modeling: design dimensional and enterprise models (star schema, facts, dimensions, surrogate keys).
• Snowflake development: build and tune structures with best practices and RBAC.
• Semantic models: create Power BI models using DAX and Power Query connected to the cloud data warehouse.
• Reporting: develop enterprise-grade reports and migrate to the new data foundation.
• Dashboard evolution: enhance dashboards and propose new ones after domain learning.
• Data integration: build and monitor pipelines (Python, Azure Data Factory).
• Business partnership: gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Agile delivery: work in agile teams and participate in ceremonies.
