Job summary

CSC Generation Enterprise is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to bridge raw data and business decisions across a portfolio of brands. You will model data, define metrics, and build semantic layers to deliver trusted insights that inform strategy and operations.

You’ll own end-to-end analytics, validate data, and partner with data engineering, product, and finance teams to accelerate analytics workflows using AI tooling while maintaining data quality and governance in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills for building and debugging analytical models.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP and web analytics data sources such as NetSuite and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and orchestration with Airflow.
• Experience reconciling data across systems and aligning metrics/master data.
• Rigorous data validation and governance mindset.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and building semantic data models.
• Fluency with AI coding and analysis tools, with critical validation of outputs.
• Strong business acumen, KPI definition, and translating questions into analytics.
• Proven ability to partner with data engineering, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and debug SQL and Python to build analytical data models.
• Design semantic layers and reusable data models in BI tools.
• Integrate and reconcile data across multiple systems and units.
• Validate data rigorously and reconcile ERP and analytics discrepancies.
• Scope feasibility and set delivery expectations for data requests.
• Define KPIs and translate business questions into analyses.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis while reviewing outputs.
• Partner with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver insights and maintain data quality.
