Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to bridge raw data and strategic actions, owning data transformations, semantic layers, and AI-driven analysis. You will build modular data models and deliver executive dashboards to highlight trends and opportunities.

You will translate strategy into metrics, partner with leaders, and ensure data quality with automated tests. Collaboration with software engineering and client management will shape data-driven value stories for business reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a data analytics role
• Experience building end-to-end data products
• Strong SQL and scripting skills (Python/R)
• Familiarity with AI tooling and modern BI platforms

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into metrics and semantic definitions
• Build scalable data models across staging and data marts
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis
• Create dashboards and client-facing reports with Looker/Omni/Metabase
• Ensure data quality with automated tests and monitoring
• Collaborate with software eng and client management to tell data-driven stories
