Tapestry, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics to apply advanced analytics, data science, and AI across our international properties. You’ll partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, Retail, and Finance to uncover impactful opportunities and translate findings into revenue and margin improvements.

You’ll build dashboards, predictive models, and AI-driven recommendations to automate insights and support data-first decision making across global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of core business metrics and management reporting.
• Experience applying AI/ML and agentic solutions to forecasting or automated reporting.
• Advanced SQL and ETL skills with data-visualization expertise.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery) and digital analytics tools.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations and drive adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Support data integrity, standards, tools architecture, and training across functions.
• Shift from static reporting to insight generation with dashboards and dynamic visuals.
• Perform large-scale analyses to uncover demand, media-spend efficiency, and revenue opportunities.
• Promote data-first decision-making and track outcomes across the organization.
• Develop AI-driven recommendations and predictive models integrated into business processes.
• Build AI agents to automate analytical workflows and self-service Q&A.
• Lead AI/ML pilot projects and scale successful solutions globally.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and algorithm teams.
• Align with Global DA team on reporting standards and cross-regional data sharing.
• Maintain data quality and create reusable analytics tools for stakeholders.
