• 5+ years of finance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus.
• Experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Retail finance experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; AI tools familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Month End Close, Monthly Forecast, Board materials, and senior leadership reports.
• Manage weekly CFO business update with brand feedback and forecasts.
• Champion use of AI tools to build KPI dashboards for decision making.
• Reimagine forecasting processes to improve accuracy and speed.
• Be FP&A partner to Investor Relations, updating financial models and messaging.
• Oversee annual bonus and equity payout processes.
• Lead global Capex and real estate consolidation and reporting.
