Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in retail/e‑commerce/consumer or consulting.
- Strong understanding of core business metrics, unit economics, and management reporting.
- Experience applying AI/ML and agentic solutions to forecasting, personalization, or automated reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Support data integrity, reporting standards, and training; build data-driven analyses, models, and tools for self-service insight.
- Shift from static reporting to insight generation with dashboards and standardized management reports.
- Conduct large-scale analyses to uncover drivers of demand, media spend efficiency, and revenue/margin actions; translate into data-driven stories.
