Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Retail Technology Program Manager to enable Store Experience Transformation by delivering scalable, secure retail technology solutions across our global store fleet.

This role partners with business, infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering and vendor teams to evaluate, pilot, and deploy modern store technologies—including POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms—while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end deployment of store technologies.
• Pilot programs and scale solutions across markets.
• Define success metrics and manage cross-functional teams.
• Ensure PCI-DSS and data privacy compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end deployment of store technologies, including cloud POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms.
• Drive global rollouts with consistent standards while respecting regional/regulatory needs.
• Pilot AI-enabled capabilities to improve store operations and customer experience.
• Partner with InfoSec, Legal, and Privacy for security reviews prior to deployment.
