Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience (retail, e-commerce, consumer, or consulting preferred).
• Solid understanding of core business metrics, unit economics, and management reporting.
• Experience applying AI/ML and agentic solutions to forecasting, personalization, or automated reporting.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated AI experience – applying machine learning, LLMs, and/or generative AI to business problems.
• Exposure to building AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) to automate analysis and decision support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.

Aufgaben

• Support data integrity, reporting standards, tools architecture, and training – enable self-service analytics across functions.
• Shift from static reporting to insight generation with interactive dashboards and standardized management reporting.
• Perform large-scale analyses to uncover demand and acquisition drivers, media-spend efficiency, and revenue/margin actions; translate results into data-driven stories.
• Support organization-wide adoption of analytics – track outcomes and promote a data-first mindset.
• Build and maintain predictive models, automated reporting, and AI-driven recommendations; embed in core business processes.
• Develop AI agents that automate analytical workflows and self-service Q&A.
• Contribute to AI initiatives – pilot projects and scaling successful solutions across the organization.
• Collaborate with data-engineering, data-science, and algorithm teams to improve data sourcing and analytics products.
