Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or planning/forecasting.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries on large datasets.
• Experience turning data into decisions that drive business outcomes.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Turn messy, multi-source data into actionable planning inputs.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to define decision needs.
• Build tooling and data products for planners to answer questions.
• Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription.
