Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting experience.
• Advanced SQL; write, tune, and debug complex queries.
• Experience turning data into decisions used by a business partner.
• Ability to explain technical results to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn multi-source operational data into planning inputs for the business.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to define what they need to decide.
• Build tooling and data products enabling planners and leaders to answer their own questions.
• Bring rigor to measuring forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription.
