Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or planning/forecasting.
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets.
• Experience turning data into decisions that drive business actions.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn messy, multi-source operational data into planning inputs the business can act on.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to understand their decision needs.
• Build data products and dashboards that planners and leaders rely on.
• Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription, plus drivers.
