Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is building a Workforce Planning analytics function. We seek a Senior Data Analyst to turn multi-source data into planning inputs, build dashboards, and create data products for planners and leaders.

You will focus on data engineering or BI analytics, with emphasis on ETL pipelines in cloud environments and advanced Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) capabilities. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting functions.
• Advanced SQL skills - write, tune, and debug complex queries.
• Experience turning data into decisions used by a business partner.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Turn messy, multi-source operational data into planning inputs for the business.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to define decision needs.
• Build tooling and data products for planners and leaders to answer questions.
• Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, and drivers with rigor.
