Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help shape Workforce Planning by turning multi-source data into actionable planning inputs. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and leaders to define needs and build tools and dashboards that enable self-service insights.

You will bring rigorous measurement of forecast accuracy, capacity, and costs, and help design data products across data engineering and BI focus areas. This remote role supports healthcare operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting.
Advanced SQL skills — write, tune, and debug complex queries.
Experience turning data into decisions for a business partner.
Experience explaining technical results to a non-technical audience.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical/business discipline.

Responsibilities

Turn messy, multi-source operational data into planning inputs the business can act on.
Partner with operations, finance, and department leaders to understand decision needs.
Build tooling and data products for planners and leaders to answer their own questions.
Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, cost per prescription, and drivers.
