Responsibilities

• Turn messy, multi-source operational data into planning inputs the business can act on.
• Partner with operations, finance, and department leaders to understand what they actually need to decide.
• Build tooling and data products that let planners and leaders answer their own questions.
• Bring rigor to how we measure ourselves—forecast accuracy, capacity use, cost per prescription, and the drivers underneath them.
