CenterWell Pharmacy, part of Humana, is seeking two Senior Data Analysts to shape workforce planning data architecture and BI analytics. You will own data pipelines, KPI definitions, and self-service tools for planning and decision-making, with a focus on forecast accuracy and capacity planning.

The role emphasizes building scalable data products, partnering with operations, finance, and leaders, and delivering actionable insights for staffing and performance in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or planning/forecasting.
• Advanced SQL: write, tune, and debug complex queries on large datasets.
• Experience turning data into decisions used by business partners.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn multi-source operational data into planning inputs for the business.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to define decision needs.
• Build tooling and data products enabling planners to answer questions.
• Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription; analyze drivers.
